Online communications happen in many ways, but the most immersive is face to face over video. Twilio Video gives you the building blocks to build video experiences for your users into your application. The possibilities are endless, from one on one calls for telehealth to group collaboration in virtual classrooms. But how do you get started?

Build your first Twilio Video application

In this session we will introduce the concepts you need to know to build with Twilio Video. Through building an example application we'll understand:

  • how to give your users access to a video room
  • the difference between peer to peer and group rooms
  • how to request and display local and remote video streams

By the end you will know how to get started with the Twilio Video platform and begin building your own experience.
